Warranty and return
Return of goods is administering appropriate regulations of Civil code and consumer protection law. In case of finding non-removable defect , merchandise will be changed or payment will be returned. For successful return is important to inform seller without any delay (e-mail is the best choice), that this good is with defect and the way how this defect is found. After these informations, defect will be proceed and other procedures will be declared. In case of not successful return, merchandise will be sent back to customer in original package.
New merchandise will be sent in terms declared by the law, immediately after receiving of defected merchandise from supplier. In other case payment will be returned.
Customer have to make visual view of product after delivery. If some product defect are founded, list of defect is created and seller have to change this defected product or make some discount. Other mechanical warranty returns will not be accepted.
Canceling order from customers side
By the law number 102/2014, you have the right to cancel agreement up to 14 days from delivery of product. If you decide to cancel agreement in this period, we ask you to observe steps listed below. After successful fulfil, original price will be returned:
- at first send e-mail message with informations about canceling agreement number XXX, from date DD. Than write returning address of account number where you want original price to be send
- deliver product to e-shop post address
- product have to be in original package, must be complete (accessories, warranty list, manual etc.), not used, not defected and with original voucher. Do not send product with cash on delivery service. We encourage you to make insurance.
- after sucessfull acomplish of these steps, we will send you money back to you by check or money transfer up to 10 days after product delivery
- in case of not successful acomplish of these steps, we ťwill unfortunately not accept canceling of agreement and product will be send back to customer o his charges.
Canceling order from sellers side
Seller have the right to cancel the order or part of order, in case of canceling pruduction by suplier or the price for product is markedly changed by suplier. In case of this situation, seller will immediately contact customer for other procesing of order.
